Job Description: Al Rama Chemicals, a leading chemical trading company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the chemical trading industry. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical trading.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the chemical industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Actively promote and sell a wide range of chemical products, including but not limited to cosmetics, construction, paint, and pharmaceutical chemicals.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical trading, preferably in the UAE market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the chemical industry, its products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
