Sales Executive – Chemical Trading

Job Description: Al Rama Chemicals, a leading chemical trading company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the chemical trading industry. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical trading.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  2. Identify and prospect potential customers in the chemical industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  4. Actively promote and sell a wide range of chemical products, including but not limited to cosmetics, construction, paint, and pharmaceutical chemicals.
  5. Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
  7. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, such as logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  9. Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to effectively position our offerings.
  10. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical trading, preferably in the UAE market.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  3. Strong understanding of the chemical industry, its products, and market dynamics.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  5. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  7. Proficient in using sales and CRM software for tracking and managing customer interactions.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
